The UPPER VESTRY can sleep 8 to 10 people. It comprises of 5 bedrooms, 3 double and 2 single (with extra pull out beds for children). 1 double bedroom is located on the ground floor. A large, contemporary family bathroom is also located on this floor. There is an additional shower room on the upper floor where there are a further 4 bedrooms. Decorated to the highest standards, rooms are light and airy, making the most of the natural light. The living area has been opened up to lighten the building and highlight the beautiful sash windows which are a key feature of the building. The ground floor has a solid oak floor, features a locally crafted oak staircase and has underfloor heating to ensure constant warmth throughout the year. The open plan kitchen/diner has a large oak dining table and a newly installed kitchen with a full range of appliances. Perfect for weekend breaks in Wales for families, friends and loved ones.

A rear door provides access to a large, enclosed patio area with beautifully painted summerhouse providing a welcome retreat for children and adults alike. The wooden chalet makes a perfect games room for younger guests and a romantic space to escape for grown-ups wanting a little peace. The outdoor space has large table with chairs and is the perfect location for an evening barbecue, benefitting from the fantastic Llangrannog sunsets.

Access statement

The Vestry has recently been renovated and refurbished to a very high standard.

Located at the top of the village, it occupies an enviable spot which provides a peaceful stay but is close to all the local amenities. It is on the roadside which can be busy in the height of summer with traffic to the beach, but does not have a big impact on guests.

The Llangrannog accommodation has been simply but stylishly furnished to maximize the space and provide guests with everything they should need during their stay.

The owners are local, and can be available to welcome you to the property and show you around. They are on call if any problems arise during your stay.
