The Lower Vestry - Llangrannog Accommodation

Located in a very convenient position, only 500 yds from the blue flag beach in the lovely coastal village of Llangrannog, lies the historical building Bancyfelin Vestry. New owners have restored and refurbished the character stone and slate building to provide top quality coastal accommodation Wales with all modern conveniences. Great care has been taken to preserve its original character with the classic sashed windows and wooden floors. The Upper Vestry, occupying the upper two floors of the building can accommodate 8/10 people, whilst the Lower, single-storey Vestry provides accommodation for up to 4 people. Full soundproofing has been installed between the two properties.

From The Vestry it is a 5-minute walk to the village which is popular for its sandy beaches, blue seas and wonderful views of the Cardigan Bay coastline. Llangrannog has two pubs, a shop, two cafes and a church. The popular beaches of Tresaith, Penbryn, Cwmtydu and Mwnt are a short distance away and the Vestry is ideally located for interesting walks with easy access to the recently opened Ceredigion Coastal Path. The popular ‘Cardi Bach’ bus service provides daily links to all hidden stretches of the coastline between Newquay and Cardigan. Outside

A rear door provides access to an enclosed garden with elevated lawn. The outdoor space has table and chairs and is the perfect location for an evening barbecue, benefitting from the fantastic Llangrannog sunsets. There is a small shed for the storage of outdoor equipment and fuel.

The LOWER VESTRY can accommodate 4 people in a single storey unit. It comprises of 2 bedrooms (I double and 1 twin), bathroom with shower over the bath and large open plan living space with additional utility area. This property has a fully enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

The Vestry has recently been renovated and refurbished to a very high standard.

Located at the top of the village, it occupies an enviable spot which provides a peaceful stay but is close to all the local amenities. It is on the roadside which can be busy in the height of summer with traffic to the beach, but does not have a big impact on guests.

The property has been simply but stylishly furnished to maximize the space and provide guests with everything they should need during their stay.

The owners are local, can welcome you to the property and show you around. They are on call if any problems arise during your stay.
